Document Assistants

MetaData® Assistant integrates with Microsoft Word and Exce 97, 2000 and 2002 as well as Outlook 2000 and later versions. This version adds the benefit of automatic notification when attempting to send a file as an attachment to an Outlook or GroupWise messaging system.

Numbering Assistant® makes it easy to insert automatic numbering schemes in Word documents. The tool comes with 20 preloaded numbering schemes. users can also easily create their own custom numbering schemes and share them with others, which uses nativ Word functionality (heading styles and outline) to perform these functions so anyone can continue editing these documents even though they do not have the Numbering Assistant. The toolbar also includes features to restart numbering, customize the heading styles, apply sub-numbers, insert hidden paragraph marks, insert a table of contents and more.

Forms Assistant® utilizes a combination of templates and macros to quickly generate common documents such as letters, memos, faxes, agreements, and pleadings.
