Patch Management – Windows and Office updates. Windows updates are installed automatically, PCs are forced or prompted to restart when complete, and we are notified if problems occur and can take action. Office updates are semi-automatic and will be more automated with an update in January.

Monitoring – Our server receives performance logs and alerts and notifies us depending on the guidelines we set. We can take action or ignore them depending on the alert.

Remote Control – We can access all managed workstations to make necessary changes and for support. Although we can connect in now, this method guarantees a connection on any computer with internet access, even if it’s not at the office.

Scripts – The agent can run scripts on a scheduled basis.

Auditing – The agent collects hardware and software information on each workstation.

Backup – Extra charge. Entire drive (image) and data (folder) backup

Reports – You get weekly reports on network status and activity.
